A 40 Day Collaborative Movement Medley
A collection of humans in the heart-work of exploratory movement share their favourite somatic practices, embodied wisdom, resonant cues, personal practices, lessons learned, and bad jokes. Every day for 40 days there will be a different practice lead by a different facilitator sharing whatever it is that lights them up. Offerings include but not limited to: pilates, dance, kundalini, meditation, yin, HIIT, sound healing, and writing.
The ~golden thread~ that will weave through the 40 day experience is one 11 minute meditation that will be introduced on Day 1 and can be practiced post class on your own with a PDF or with recording after class. The experiment is the practice of revisiting the same sadhana every day after exploring a different modality of movement to pay attention to the shifts available when we embrace newness and trust that which is unknown in this constantly changing movement medley - a metaphor for this life that is such a freakin trip. This meditation will take us through the textures of existence: infinity, life, death, rebirth and serve as a steady boat that keeps us afloat amongst changing tides.

We start on the New Moon in November and land just after Winter Solstice. Classes will be recorded and the link will be live for 24hrs.
