The heart is considered the great polarity and in the yogic teachings this energetic centre is the space between that which grounds us and that which lifts us. Together we’ll connect to our centre, unstick energetic blockages, and get clear with the heart brain so we can drop into a state of heightened awareness using kundalini yoga, reiki, and cacao. In ceremonial doses, raw cacao is a powerful heart opener that paves the way to transformation through self-love. It has been used for centuries to unlock euphoric states, release negative emotions, and connect to pure heart energy.

Enjoy the first day of your year in community. Together we’ll move, we’ll pray, we’ll chant, we’ll explore the tantric numerology and outlook of the year ahead. Considered a 4 year (2+0+2+0) 2020 is linked to the neutral mind, or as the yogis maintain: the meditative mind.

Krista Amar Atma Schilter will lead us through a slow flow, kundalini yoga, and a meditation to connect to a deeply meditative space setting the tone for clear vision in 2020. Claudia Gaviria will offer the magic of tarot and provide healing reiki energy work while holding space for the heart-opening powers of ceremonial cacao. Come with an open mind and we’ll take care of opening the heart, together.
