A NYD Cacao Ceremony to Find Clarity for the Year Ahead

Enjoy the first day of your year in community. Together we’ll move, we’ll pray, we’ll chant, we’ll explore the tantric numerology and outlook of the year ahead. Considered a 4 year (2+0+2+0) 2020 is linked to the neutral mind, or as the yogis maintain: the meditative mind.

Krista Amar Atma Schilter will lead us through a slow flow, kundalini yoga, and a meditation to connect to a deeply meditative space setting the tone for clear vision in 2020. Claudia Gaviria will offer the magic of tarot and provide healing reiki energy work while holding space for the heart-opening powers of ceremonial cacao. Come with an open mind and we’ll take care of opening the heart, together.

Arrive clear-headed and wear comfy clothing. Bring something meaningful to contribute to the altar, such as a ring, talisman or crystal. This is not for us to keep but for us to infuse. You'll take it back home with you: a little brighter + a little lighter.
