In an effort to harmonize with our world + sky we’ll gather across time + space to mark the Lion’s Gate Portal. Allow the numerology and the cosmology of this moment to support a deeper inquiry into your animal being and the sense of possibility that comes with being alive.
We’ll use our sensory faculties of perception to come alive because when you’re awake you can’t help but notice that everything else is awake. Yes - we’ll explore our third eye but let’s also explore putting the lion in Lion’s Gate.
Expect a morning inquiry, a breath exercise, dynamic movement for all-levels, deep relaxation, mantra meditation, and group dialogue. A lil bit kundalini, a lil bit animism, a lil bit gestalt. A whole lotta sensing.
