pump it or dump it

Paying attention to the cycles of the natural world and attuning ourselves to the shift in seasons both inside and out can be a curious way to be in conversation with your physical, mental, energetic, and emotional bodies. According to TCM, the summer months are considered the season of the heart and small intestine. This 5 class series is inspired by the elemental and emotional links to the summer months: fire + joy.

Together we’ll explore the cardiovascular system and pump oxygen-rich blood through the body with exploratory heart-pumpin’ movement like jumping jacks and mountain climbers flavoured with intuitive dance. We’ll support the small intestine in the digestion and absorption of nutrients with dynamic kriya + pranayam from the kundalini lineage.

Monday-Friday @ 7:30-9am EST via Zoom

Classes will be recorded so you can join live or follow along whenever and however you feel.

Series includes access to five distinct 90 minute classes, a PDF with additional information on the function of the heart + small intestine, and journal prompts. Optional herbal support in the form of tea or tincture c/o Rosewood + Silver.

This offering is priced in a tiered sliding-scale way. Please pay whatever rate feels most fair and accessible for you at this time: $99, $77, or $55. If you identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Colour please use code HUMEEHUM for a 22% discount on any rate acknowledging inequalities in pay, capitalist privilege, and financial stability as a determinant of access.
